This website (referred to as www.teamsake.sg, and “Site”) is operated by Team Sake Pte Ltd (referred to as “we”, “us”, and “our”). Team Sake offers this website, including all information and services available from this Site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

 

By visiting our Site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (referred to as “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies available by hyperlink. If you do not agree with any of these Terms, do not access or otherwise use this Site or any information or materials contained on the Site.

 

We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms with or without notice to you. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the Site indicates acceptance of any modifications to the Terms.

 

Use of the Website

Receiving alcoholic beverages must be of legal age, 18 years old and above, in Singapore. Team Sake does not sell alcohol to persons under the age of 18. By accessing the website, you swear and affirm that you are legally entitled to do so and to make use of information made available via the website. We reserve the rights to request for valid photo/document identification for verification of recipient's age.

 

Processing Your Order

All orders will be processed and shipped out within 48 business hours once the payment is successful, depending on the availability. Please ensure all requested information provided is accurate for us to process your order without unnecessary delays. We reserve the rights to request further information from you at any time to enable us to complete your order placement and/or to comply with regulatory requirements.

 

We will endeavour to comply with your special remarks or instruction commented in your order. However, we reserve the right to proceed with your order according to our standard operating procedures when your special remarks or instruction is not commercially feasible.

 

Out of Stock Items

Though we continually monitor inventory to ensure product availability, there are times when products may be out of stock. If that occurs, we will suggest comparable substitutions. In cases where a substitution is necessary, we will contact you via email or phone before shipping and provide the option to select other items. If you decide not to make a substitution, we will ship available items minus the out of stock item(s) or cancel the order if you prefer to do so. You will not be charged for out-of-stock items and partial or full refund will be provided.

 

Shipping or Collecting Your Order

We only ship to areas within Singapore using third party delivery service. It is essential that during delivery, someone is in to receive the items. We shall not be reliable for unsuccessful delivery issues due to incomplete, inaccurate or missing information provided by you. You are responsible to make sure the address and contact number are correct. If you or the recipient remain uncontactable, no-shows or fail to receive the order, a second delivery attempt may not be available and you will be charged with a reshipment fee.

 

Self-pickup option is available for selection during checkout. We will contact you via email or phone to schedule a pickup date and time with you. If the item(s) is not collected during the agreed date and time, we reserve the rights to cancel the order without refund or compensation.

 

Cancelling Your Order, Return, Replacement, and Refund

Order cancellation can be requested by contacting us before shipping is arranged. Upon cancellation of order, any refund will be credited to your original method of payment. You shall receive the credit within 14 to 18 business days. Please take note that the funds can take up some time to be reflected in your account. Any cancellation request made after shipping is arranged will be disregarded without any refund. 

 

Due to sake is a consumable good, we do not accept returns. If for some reason your sake delivery was damaged or lost during shipping you have 3 days from the date of the delivery to notify us, and we will ship the product again or provide for an exchange of equal value at our discretion, depending on the availability. Photographic proof or additional information may be requested for further investigation to justify. In cases where the original product or substitution is not available, or you decide not to make a substitution, we will provide a refund and will be credited to you within 14 to 18 business days. If 3 days have gone by since your date of the delivery, we cannot, unfortunately, offer you a replacement, exchange, or refund. We do not offer any reimbursements if the aesthetics of the sake are damaged. 

 

Modifications to the Price and Service

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice and are non-negotiable. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

 

Promotions and Vouchers

We reserve the right to cancel or amend any promotions and the terms and conditions without notice. Any changes to the promotions will be notified to entrants as soon as possible. By entering into the promotions by Team Sake, the purchaser accepts all conditions of entry. 

 

Accuracy, Completeness, and Timeliness of Information

We are not responsible if information made available on this Site is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this Site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete or more timely sources of information. Any reliance on the material on this Site is at your own risk.

 

This Site may contain certain historical information. Historical information, necessarily, is not current and is provided for your reference only. We reserve the right to modify the contents of this Site at any time, but we have no obligation to update any information on our Site. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor changes to our Site.

Terms and Amendment

We reserve the right to amend or modify the Terms regularly from time to time in its sole discretion and take effect immediately upon updating online without notice, however any changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
