Spring 2022 Collection
Presenting you our labels of Spring Sake that is freshly brewed and available during the months of February and March. In line with the freshness of this freshly brewed sake, there is no pasteurization in the production process resulting in a more vibrant freshness with a slight tint of bitterness that is present in the wild spring edible plants of Japan. This freshness also reflects the coming of spring, a period enthralled by the magic of Sakura. If you cannot be in Japan this spring, be sure to have a taste of Sakura by tasting one of our Spring Sake labels.
