A masterpiece at first sight! Yielding a vibrant flavour and dry refreshing rice acid taste with lasting Umami aftertaste. It's recommended to drink as a daily cold drink.

This must be kept in fridge preferably less than 5°C, and once opend please finish asap as this is not pasteurised and still fermenting.
